Governance for hospitals

We work with boards of NHS Trusts in two ways. 

We help them perform better by looking at board effectiveness, giving advice on how to introduce governance best practice as followed by successful companies. And we help them get the information they need to monitor performance and make strategic decisions.

Trust boards and management need to know which service lines are helping the Trust meet budget and which are leading them to underperform.  They need insight into which parts of the Trust are performing above or below expectation and why these performance variances arise.

Without this insight, boards cannot oversee performance or set direction.  Hospital financial management find it difficult to budget, control costs or forecast future financial performance.  And clinical management can’t get to the bottom of why their financial performance is what it is.
