The reports are automatically produced – and not only give you the overall picture, including comments and issues for further discussion, but also enable you to check progress on the core issues, instantly compare responses between different groups (for example executive and non-executive directors) or focus on particular areas.

All reports can be exported to Word – to form the basis for the board report.

You can use Thinking Board in two ways – without any outside help in your self-assessment board evaluation, or we can provide independent analysis, suggestions and a draft report – enough to turn it into an “externally-facilitated” review.  It’s totally flexible.
