Following the recent consultation from the FRC regarding proposed amendments to the UK Corporate Governance Code, we are working with the FRC in gathering views from the market and providing thoughts on the guidance to accompany the revised Code.  We invite you to pre-register for our roundtable with the FRC where we will discuss initial themes and trends from the consultation.

This occasion will provide a valuable opportunity  to meet with Maureen Beresford, Head of Corporate Governance at the FRC.  Susan Stenson, CEO at Independent Audit will lead a Chatham House discussion in which we will explore the initial themes and trends from the consultation and the likely practical implications.
