Four years on – what’s changed? A survey of governance practice in the FTSE 350

Independent Audit presents our survey of FTSE 350 governance practice conducted in July to coincide with the FRC’s review of the Combined Code.

The survey shows that boards have responded positively to the changes introduced by the new Code four years ago. It highlights the different approaches taken to reviewing the effectiveness of the board and views on their usefulness. In particular, it delves more deeply into how audit committees are now working and their views on the risks and time involved.

We’ve worked with more than 160 clients. They are mainly FTSE 350 comanies – including 20 from the FTSE 100.
