Eilish has over 20 years’ experience in Investment Banking, twelve of them at Goldman Sachs, where she held senior leadership roles within Audit, and had responsibility for the firm’s banking entities in EMEA.
As a consultant and evaluator to boards and audit functions, and an executive coach, she works with a wide variety of clients across financial services and the public sector.
Eilish is an expert on organisational culture and purpose, which she believes is at the root of great organisations and leaders who excel.
In her advisory work, Eilish is able to draw on her experience as a non-executive director for the Financial Reporting Council, the UK regulator for the audit profession, and Sport England, a non-departmental government body.
