Paul Furey

Paul has been coaching senior leaders for over thirty years. He has worked extensively in both the public and private sectors helping leaders to understand, simplify and optimise the way that they speak to each other, so that they can get to the truth of matters. His doctoral research focused on validating a simple model of conflict resolution which forms the basis for much of his work, even today.

His clients range widely and have included founding partners of global law firms, senior bankers, high-level civil servants, leading scientists and CEOs. His strength lies in his ability to get groups (even ones resistant to anything overtly ‘psychological’) to get onto difficult topics and to strengthen the trust in their relationships as they go. His approach is pragmatic and embedded in the day-to-day realities of executive and board workings.
