Natasha is a senior associate with Independent Audit. She is an experienced governance professional with a strong track record creating effective corporate governance frameworks in companies across multiple industries and jurisdictions. She has a deep understanding of the diverse range of corporate governance considerations facing boards and has played leadership roles in developing governance strategy and policy and in building effective governance processes in public companies listed in the UK, Ireland and Australia. Natasha spent most of her executive career in financial services organisations.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and Corporate Governance and a Bachelors of Laws.
