Philip Gudgeon

Philip is a Senior Advisor at Independent Audit with over 30 years of experience in board reviewing and management consulting. He has been a partner at PwC, Accenture and Oliver Wyman and has worked with a range of clients on improving their corporate governance and board effectiveness.

Through numerous projects in strategy, risk management and organisational effectiveness in the UK, Germany and Eastern Europe, Philip has been deeply involved in many industrial sectors including telecommunications, energy and financial services. He has served as an independent non-executive on the board of an East European Bank where he chaired the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee.
