October marked the start of a new collaboration with Broadgate Search. We began by bringing together a group of experienced INEDs, Company Secretaries and CROs from the financial services, not-for-profits and other regulated sectors to share experiences and explore the challenges boards face.
The conversation covered building trust in relationships, creating a healthy culture round the board table, onboarding new NEDs, and managing subsidiary board dynamics.
