13 Jul Independent Audit partners with Computershare to launch online board evaluation offering in territory
Partnership strengthens board governance and evaluation standards for Hong Kong–listed and private companies

Independent Audit Limited (IAL), a specialist in board evaluation, and Computershare today announced a new partnership.
IAL has agreed that Computershare will exclusively sell, support and promote IAL’s Thinking Board® and Thinking Board® Evaluator online board solutions to its clients in the territory. This is the first time that Thinking Board® Evaluator is being offered in Hong Kong.
IAL said that the partnership would enable Hong Kong companies to access its technology-enabled platform aimed at further strengthening board effectiveness reviews, governance assessments and director performance evaluations.
Thinking Board® is a specialist governance effectiveness platform used internationally to help boards assess their performance, composition, processes and decision-making as well as identify practical, evidence-based improvements.
Through this partnership, Computershare intends to bring the platform to a wider range of listed and private companies and institutions across Hong Kong.
