Catherine has worked with the boards of many listed companies, public sector organisations, regulators and pension funds.
With many years’ experience as a PwC Partner advising on human resources, she understands how people work together, both in the boardroom and beyond.
She authored our publication on “Cultivating Culture” and led our research into the Board’s influence on culture for the FRC.
Catherine started her career at the Bank of England, and her initial consulting career focused on risk management, organisation of the treasury function and management accounting.
She also draws on insights from the best part of a decade as a non-executive director at an international power-generating company where she chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
