Nicola has conducted board reviews with listed companies, financial services subsidiaries, public sector bodies and charities.
Prior to becoming a board reviewer, she held senior roles with Invesco Perpetual and Baring Asset Management as well as non-executive directorships on UK and overseas fund boards.
Having had regulatory responsibilities on several boards, she has a particular interest in the practical application of regulation.
