Senior Consultant
Omang has a background in Law, Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis. Her career change came about when she was inspired by the potential that boards have to effect positive change, both in the organisations they serve and more widely in society. She joined IAL in 2021 and is now a Senior Consultant.
Omang is known for her personable, professional style and she particularly enjoys working with boards to develop their dynamics and diversity of thought.
