Tom joined Independent Audit from a business and project management background, attracted by the idea of applying his skills to something that feels more meaningful. He is particularly interested to observe the impact on board effectiveness of logistical elements such as information flow and meeting organisation. He is also enjoys exploring how NEDs and executives work together to set and implement the strategy.
Tom is known for his solution-focused thinking skills as well as his responsive, client-focused approach.
